MELODY ANANDA'S CHICKEN LASAGNA ROLLUPS

RECIPE
(serves 4)

Ingredients:
Lasagna Noodles
1 1/2 cups Diced Chicken (cooked)
7 oz. Ricotta Cheese
1 oz Shredded Mozzarella
1 egg
1 Jar Pasta Sauce
1 cup Artichokes (drained and chopped)
Fresh Basil and Oregano (washed and chopped)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 35
Cook and drain noodles
Lay noodles flat
Mix cheeses and egg
Spread cheese mixture onto noodles
Sprinkle fresh herbs onto noodles
Add artichokes and chicken
Roll noodles and cut in half
Pour pasta sauce into casserole dish
Place noodle roll-ups in dish
Cover dish with foil
Bake 350° for 30 minutes
Uncover, and continue baking for 15 minutes or until bubbly on top
Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese and enjoy!
