Do I have to have an account to use the site?
You can view videos and read articles without an account, however, if you want to participate
in the message boards, create blogs, list an item for sale, email other members, or use
some of the other features, you will need to create a free account. You will be prompted when
an account is required.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing - it's FREE! - Yay! WE LOVE FREE!
How do I upload a picture to my profile?
Log in to your account. Go to "my account" and then click on the "edit" page. Scroll down to
"upload a picture" and choose the file you want to upload. Click submit and that should do it.
How do I upload a photo to my blog?
Any photo you upload in your "my account" page, will appear on your blog.
What is a "Group?"
A "Group" is basically a group that you form. This is a great way to keep in touch with a variety
of people at one time and a more private option for exchanging information than the message
board.
There are different options for allowing people into your group. Your group can consist of any
member who wants to join, or just you and your best friend. When you create your "Group,"
you can decide how public it will be and send out invitations accordingly. Once you have
established your group, you can exchange group emails, post messages only you can see, etc.
You can also always add members to your group, as well as block.
How do I post a classified ad?
Log in to your account, if you don't already have one, you'll have to create one, then go to the
top orange menu bar and click on "BUY & SELL " Follow the directions on that page.
How do I watch a video.
Our videos are set up to play easily, just click where it says play and you should be able to watch.
If you are having trouble, you might have to upload the free player program. There is a link to do
that under each video.
Can I contact an Expert directly?
You can contact an expert directly, if they have provided their contact information. If you are trying
to reach an expert. for whom there is no contact information, you can send us am email through the
general mailbox an we will field it to the right party.
