CHICKEN PICCATA                                                                            
INGREDIENTS:
4 Flattened Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Egg
1/2 cup Flour
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon lemon zest

PREPARATION:
In 3 separate bowls;
mix flour, salt and pepper to taste
scramble egg
place bread crumbs
Pour olive oil into a hot pan,
Stir in a pinch lemon zest
Dip each chicken breast into the flour, the egg and the bread crumbs
Place chicken in hot pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked

GREEN BEANS WITH HAZELNUTS AND LEMON ZEST       
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag green beans
Olive oil
2 heaping tablespoons hazelnut powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 a lemon
1/4 cup lemon zest

PREPARATION:
Place microwaved green beans into a bowl, squeeze juice from half a lemon to taste, add lemon zest, salt, and hazelnut powder
mix and serve.
