Scrapbooking...Where should I start??

Hello – my name is Aleah, I own a company that sells discount scrapbook supplies.
I also do Custom Scrapbook Design. I was referred to Mommywood to write a blog
about scrapbooking… A HUGE topic to discuss. I have been thinking for the last few
days about where to start… I do so much scrapbooking for other people that my own
kids’ albums are neglected. Honestly they have more albums that they will ever
need, I just take too may pictures! The current project I’m working on is our trip to
 Disneyland/California in December of 2006.
 This trip brings me to remember how many
 photos I took and how much my friend that
 was with us complained about the number of
 photos I was taking. As a scrapbooker I realize
 how important it is to take SEVERAL photos of
 the same thing, especially now that we have digital
 cameras. With this trip, with all of the opportunities
 in Disneyland itself I could have taken even more
 photos. Be a tourist, take photos of everything –
 signs, buildings…you name it!   You will thank
yourself later. My daughter, who is only 6, now points out these things that would be good for
her scrapbook – teach them young J! When you are going to visit Mickey, not only take a photo
of your child and Mickey, but also of the sign pointing to visit Mickey…need I go on? You will look
odd, I guarantee, but will you see these people again? More to come...
